Context

This pull request brings an update to the Flow interface and adds an interface to VLM,developed by @msanchezmartinez. It will be the last release in python 2.

Major changes

Flow interface updated and compatible with flow-v1.5 (or waves v1.5)
VLM interface added compatible with VLM v1.0.0

Minor changes

Bug fixes and minor enchancements

Tests

Passed on gaston (debian v4.9)

You said that the current version of PFEM is not compatible with CUPyDO. Which version did you use for the tests.

I used the versions that I listed in the release page:

NativeSolid (a.k.a. RBM), v1.0
Metafor, revision 3329
modali, v1.0.1
SU2, v6.2.0
PFEM, v1.1

It would be nice to keep the python2 compatibiliy until Metafor is translated. Adrien did it for waves and it is not a huge work
