Win32: icon request #115

Please add an icon to the upper left corner of the BASIC Engine window. I think it is also relevant for builds for other systems (Linux, macOS) and you web-site (favicon).

This is the one I'm using on Mac OS: icon_512x512

If an icon is needed, just let me know.
