I'm interesting BASIC Engine.

What license have the software?

Engine BASIC has been assembled from numerous components with wildly varying licenses, so there is not really an easy answer to give here. Most parts are MIT (including everything I have developed) or GPLv2(+). One part that is GPLv3 is the ARM NEON alpha-blending library. The best answer I can give therefore is "probably GPLv3".
