The physical data model from #12 is available as plain text. It needs to be implemented in our database.
Acceptance criteria:
All table definitions are available as SQL DDL statements, including keys, constraints and proper access rights.
The SQL statements have been tested against a real PostgreSQL instance; that is, they can be issues such that the entire database schema is correctly set up
A complete test data set is available in the form of SQL insert statements. Issuing these statements results in a DB state where all tables have at least one entry, ready for testing.
