Just a small note for what the second prototype should contain:
a background, consisting of several layers of graphics (vines, stones), the layers might be afflicted by a displacement shader to achieve a "wobbly" effect
the ship, having a light cone in front which lights the surroundings and bubbly particles moving from the back. The light cone should modify the color values of the background layers; ouside the light cone, the background is tinted blue-ish, inside the light cone, the background will get its normal color
