Well, I think one can already do this. But has to be checked.
If it is already possible there should be a note in the manual, though
I think when it comes to music examples (as opposed to music symbols) lyluatex should be the way to go anyway.
In older books you often find inline examples that interrupt the text baseline. It should be natural to do that with lilyglyphs (for their scaling capabilities).
