Replace keyval dependency #65

Re-implement the keyval functionality with a more elegant/versatile/powerful solution, probably using another base package (e.g. pdfkeys)

I used kvoptions in a couple of packages. But there are plenty of possiblities.

This is not "fixed" already but will automatically be handled by the reimplementation in milestone https://github.com/uliska/lilyglyphs/milestone/11
