[flt.median~] inconsistencies #158

[flt.median] is very useful for simple sensors treatments. Could be greatly improved:

There is an error in help name flt.median~: it's not a signal object
Could be a flow. object (the help state "Median control flow filter")
The size could be set as argument and as second inlet.

Also would be very welcomes to have a [flow.mean] or [flow.average] with the exact same model.
