Net / Subnet / Universe addresses should be as in ArtNet 4

Unicast support (though not a very much standard, very practical)
Separate thread with constant framerate (44Hz is some common rate limit for traditional DMX)

[x] 1. Subnet/Universe support added (but we need clarification for libartnet and Net addresses, cause it realize Artnet v3)
[ ] 2. not added, may be will be added with sACN support
[x] 3. done with span>@</spanrate property
