Make tasks to submit surface calculations #65

After the overhaul, we only have a tasks to submit sites on a surface. We still need to refactor our code to submit calculations for surface energies.

Making an issue just to remind myself.

Should now be complete as of https://github.com/ulissigroup/GASpy/commit/148476b02adeda50772689026265f09519d47513. Many of the commits for this were done on 18 May 2019.
