This PR moves "fullstack" out of Hero and into Ulixee so we can have a series of out-of-the-box ways to run various combinations of Ulixee tools for first time users. NOTE: full stack was not intended to be a production tool, so this should help clarify the reason it exists.
In addition, this change makes @ulixee/hero-playground use a server connection with a web socket, so it more closely resembles using production.
Tests that were in full stack are now in end-to-end
