Cloudlfare UAM fails - possibly requires QUIC #156

Can't bypass UAM page. (example: admin.kingblue.xyz)

From initial research, it looks like there's a QUIC conversation taking over. I don't know if that's what they're looking for, or something else, but it seems to be causing this to not work.
