Port Secret Agent Fixes #21

  1. Mac Monteray not working in VersionUtils (was not properly sorting paths for fallback or looking up a path if we don't know a release)
  2. The math to figure out the center coordinates of a JSPath was not dividing the height/weight in two before adding and rounding
  3. Invalid JSPaths were not throwing errors that could be seen in client
