fix(timetravel): multi-tabs conflicting documents

Feature:
Track storage changes at each tick for a timeline
Fixes:
Tracking mouse incorrectly for a person moving the mouse
A second tab opened would break timetravel inside page state (was a conflict of "documents" in MirrorNetwork)
