Many tests are now failing #174

On the latest PR, many tests are now failing on Travis-CI, that were not failing when version 0.8.5 was released. Here's one of the reports, and its summary of results:

39 failed, 41 passed, 30 deselected, 12 warnings

For comparison, the Travis-CI report from the issuing of the 0.8.5 release 3 months ago had these results:

3 failed, 79 passed, 30 deselected, 19 warnings

All active tests are now passing again. Woo-hoo! The test that was currently failing was usace_swtwc_test::test_get_station_data. PR #180 fixed it. CPC tests are all ok at this time.
