Assets: Allocating to School shows school list beyond modal border #102

School list does not apply Select2 styling and shows beyond the border of the modal.

Issue exists as there is a duplicate control #SchoolCode in the Transfer Assets window that is being updated instead. Need to differentiate these two controls, and likely the div visibility as well.
