Add comment/note on SchoolContactRole to collect information about stage/class allocations #32

SPTs are sometimes limited to specific classes or grades. Allowing the collection of a note to specify this will make staff accessing the list more suitable.

Tested without issue. Scheduled to be released to production with R1.14.4
