Missed Work emails - do not send for absences in "Leave" or "Suspended" categories #53

If a student is on "leave", their absence has been pre-approved by the school and suitable work arrangements have been made. Reminder emails for missed work during this time are unnecessary.

Similarly, if a student is "suspended", they are to have no access to school resources, which would mean they should not be asked to catch up on school work.

Remove instances of these absences from the list of reminders before sending.
