- Applications and their details can be entered and stored in Constellation
- Consent provided to the school can be recorded in Constellation

Requirements are for parents to confirm consent to share student personal information with third party vendors.
Create a system where applications and their details are entered into Constellation, and parents are prompted to provide (or not) their consent. Allow parents to update consent at any time. Provide pdf copy of consent documents at submission, including virtual signature, via email. Include ability to prompt parents in the portal for missing consent. Include ability for Administration Staff to enter consent on behalf of parents, tracking which parent it is on behalf of, and who entered it into the system. Limit responses to parents who have a link to the student in question.
