Families who are labelled as "Non-Residential" but are rather "Co-Residential" do not have access to update the Parent Portal.
Dear Aurora College admin.
Email was sent this morning at 9:51am explaining Toby’s absence on Friday due to attendance at compulsory year 7 water/swim safety excursion for Mudgee high school year 7 cohort.
I am ( father) unable still to access parent portal to record absences – I can only see a record of them – so ‘read only’ permissions.
This was an issue that I have requested be resolved for my portal access with little result so far. (Last attempt copied in below, 4/9/2023)
Hence, I have been emailing the above address with absences while Toby is in my care days which is 50/50 shared time with his mother.
I am able to record absences through the Sentral portal for Mudgee High but somehow don’t seem to have the same ability through the magic link portal access for Auroura
Is there a solution to this within the apparent limitations of the current portal access for separated families in the NSW public school system?
