Add school phone number to School Contact list if contact does not have their own direct number listed #92

In previous versions, if the SchoolContact did not have a phone number listed, Constellation would pull the schools direct number and display that instead. Reinstate this feature, and add indication as to whether it is a personal or office phone.

Tested without issue. Scheduled to be released to production with R1.14.4
