Reports Needed #25

On the left hand side of the interface, provide a link to LCSU reports in forena (open in new window). Might I suggest a separate LCSU section in the forena reports? There are 2 reports that the LCSU has access to via the HDS menu application:

Reports:

  1. "Snapshot" - Current report of each Range/Module/Shelf of size and number of trays each in a grid laid out similar to the existing storage facility. LCSU can provide an example of output.
  2. Report of the percentage of the storage broken down by tray size. a. For each tray size, report on total #of shelves, total #of trays. b. Then report on Total for all shelves and trays.
  3. There may be others that LCSU can provide types and clarification of their needs.

Adding the external link here will be on hold until we develop the reports in Forena.
