When adding a Module or Shelf, the parent context should not be editable. #45

Navigate to Browse -> (Select Range) -> View -> Add Module or Browse -> (Select Range) -> (Select Module) -> View -> Add Shelf

The user should only be asked for the identifier of the shelf, not allowed to change the parent.
