Add audio feedback to flash error messages #54

It seems like the right place to pull in an audio file is Element/Flash/error.ctp There is already a notification.mp3 at lcsu/files/ Documentation states that this should do the trick <?= $this->Html->media('notification.mp3') ?>

My browser fails to find this file at the generated url: http://dev.voystaff.library.pitt.edu/lcsu/files/notification.mp3

It appears that Clinton fixed this.
