Open all links in new tab #148

For a better usability it would be good to open all links (to repositories, urls, etc...) in a new tab by default.

This works for all non-markdown links. For markdown, we currently do not parse the HTML result. If you really want to have this feature, please provide a pull request changing the parsed HTML.
