GitHub API rate limit exceeded #150

When requesting information about many libraries, the rate limit for the github api is reached and the 'development-column'-task fails.

We will add the possibility to add a GitHub API key.

We will need https://github.com/mxstbr/micro-github or https://github.com/prose/gatekeeper
