The 2.14 download tar.gz file appears to really be version 2.10 source code. #204

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  download, compile and install the 2.14 tar.gz file from the website
2.  run shellinaboxd --version

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: version 2.14
Actual: ShellInABox version 2.10 (revision 239)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Same result on Mac OS/X and Linux

Please provide any additional information below.

No wonder it doesn't solve the keyboard problems.   Thanks for pointing this 
out.

Building from the repository also outputs version 2.10 rev 239. It looks like 
the version string is just outdated.

BTW It doesn't appear any keyboard changes were made since the v2.14 tar.gz 
release.
