shellinabox doesn't accept user input for some charactors (~^@`:*/?=-) #229

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Start shellinabox.
2. Access to https://mysite:4200 by firefox. 
3. Input "~".

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

 Echoback of "~".
 But, no output.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

 shellinabox-2.14 on Debian (sid) 32bit

Please provide any additional information below.

 My keyboard layout is jp106.

 Perhaps, var asciiKey in shellinabox/vt100.js line 2934 does not enough.

Cool, see issue 231

In my case is a hyphen in a normal keyboard (my keyboard is Brazilian ABNT2) 
the hyphen on a numeric keyboard works normally.
