"value on the Left of as" message #6

In error messages, “Value on the Left of as” should be “Constructor on the Left of "as"”. Do we still do this anywhere? The quotation marks around “as” are needed to ensure people recognize that the SML keyword is being mentioned, because otherwise the error message is very hard to read.

(From bugzilla) John Pirie: As far as I can tell this no longer exists in any implementation, though it does still exist in the documentation. (Will add a comment to the documentation to remind us for the next release.)

(From bugzilla) Joe Wells: Okay, I am switching this to be exclusively a documentation bug. (It was originally a bug based on reading the documentation, but I changed it to be General to cover the possibility that we were still using that terminology somewhere else.)
