[Feature request] 240p output #2

Would be really nice for those of us with CRT displays.

I am unsure if this is possible, but it might also be nice to reduce the vertical render resolution to 224 - this would match a Sega CD 1:1. Moving the HUD into this range might be a good call even if you can't do this, just to match the CRT safe zone.

I do understand this is a niche use case, but running the decomp on a Wii at all is sort of a niche use case, lol
