Make Spectrum/Noise CopyPaste-able Through Channel Types #225

Probably a bad issue name but w/e

I've wanted to copy paste instruments from drum channels to pitch channels and vice versa if the instrument type is available in both channel types, such as spectrum and noise. I find it weird how you can copy paste the notes between the two but not the instruments which would arguably be much more useful, even if barely having use cases. I just run into this a lot and wonder if it can be done.

Although, if this is the intended copy paste behavior, then why? I was honestly surprised it works this way.

It can be done, sure. Though of course it would still not work for drumsets.
