A problem with UltraBox's current chip wave prompt is that it's hard to line up the beginning and end loop points properly to match the opposing point, when the points don't match up properly they can cause unwanted sounds to occur.
As demonstrated in the image below, a part of the waveform on the beginning and end points (The Red and Green dotted lines) can be seen overlaying the regular waveform (The blue solid line).
If the overlays were properly aligned it would look something like this.
