Support language specific folders #133

It would be nice to support language specific folder, i.e if I name a folder folder.en, that folder should be considered just if the language is set to en.

That, IMHO, would help keep the folder structure more settled (Imagine 10 files in a folder for 3 languages, that's 30 files)
