Default table roll fail since 1.7.0 when sticky header is enabled #101

When a default table is rolled with sticky header enabled, the following error occured:

This is due to how sticky header is implemented: header line is moved out of \<ol> tag list, but internal animation method except this header be present. I'm looking for for a fix.

Workaround : use Better or Loot table type
