Spell Cache Could not be initialized/updated #179

Hi,

On Foundry 9.2X with Fallout 2d20, all functionality of the plugin is broken. The "Spell Cache Could not be initialized/updated" error appears briefly on load, and no moduile settings can thereafter be tweaked. All tables have reverted to standard not-better roll tables, and the rolltables folder is visible.
