safe_search always on #4

I would like to have safe_search off although it seems to have no effect. The search is always set to moderate.

@dynect thanks for reaching out! To disable safe search, ensure that your input images don't contain explicit content which could override the setting. Additionally, for the best results, please ensure you're using the latest version of YOLOv5 and refer to the Ultralytics Docs for further guidance on adjusting safe search settings.
