Description

Locally trained custom models upload to android app.

Use case

We have yolov8x models that are trained on simulated data. I can't use the ultranalytics "train custom models" feature but I can convert our model to a compatible format but there is no way to run it with your app. Happy to pay for this.

Hi there! 😊

It's great to hear about your interest in using locally trained custom models with our Android app. Currently, the app is designed to work seamlessly with models trained directly via our platform. Adding the functionality to upload and use your custom-trained models, such as yolov8x models from local training environments, is indeed a compelling suggestion.

Although we don’t have this feature available right now, your feedback is highly valuable. We're always looking to enhance our app’s capabilities based on user needs. I'll pass your request to our development team for consideration in future updates.

For now, I recommend keeping an eye on our updates and exploring the documentation at https://docs.ultralytics.com/hub for any upcoming features that might meet your requirements.

Thanks for your support and understanding! If you have any more questions or ideas, feel free to share. 🌟
