Good morning 👋
Yesterday, I subscribed to the pro offer for $20. Via Discord, your colleagues told me that the 20€ used to pay for the pro subscription add 20€ to my account wallet. Wallet that I could use later in model training.
But after subscribing, I was surprised to see that this was not. Your colleagues have redirected me to you for the continuation of our discussion (Discord discution's URL)
Cause there was clearly a misunderstanding and no consumption of your services, I would like to be refund. Is it possible for you to assist me on this ?
