@taidakadric hi there! ๐
Thanks for reaching out and providing detailed information. Let's see if we can resolve this issue together.
Verify Model Upload: Ensure that your models were successfully uploaded to the Ultralytics HUB. You can check this by logging into the HUB via a web browser and verifying if your projects and models appear there.
App Version: Make sure you are using the latest version of the Ultralytics HUB Android app. Sometimes, updates include important bug fixes.
Internet Connection: Confirm that your device has a stable internet connection, as syncing issues can sometimes cause models not to appear.
Re-login: Try logging out and back into the app. This can refresh your session and potentially resolve display issues.
If the problem persists, please let us know, and we can investigate further. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we're here to help! ๐
For more detailed guidance, you can also check our Ultralytics HUB documentation.
Thank you for your patience and support!
Dear Paula,
Thank you for getting back to me.
I've ensured that both models are uploaded to my Ultralytics HUB and that the General Access is set to "Unlisted, anyone with the link can view" is selected. I reinstalled the Untralytics HUB Android app, and my version is 0.9.24. The internet connection is stable and when I log in there is no difference from the screenshots I provided initially.
Also, when I first installed the app a couple of months ago, I could choose between a few default models but now I don't have them listed. Below is the screenshot of the Predict tab of the HUB app.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards, Taida

@taidakadric hi Taida,
Thank you for the detailed follow-up! Let's try a few more steps to resolve this:
Clear Cache: Sometimes clearing the app cache can help. You can do this by going to your device's settings, selecting the Ultralytics HUB app, and clearing the cache.
Check Permissions: Ensure that the app has all necessary permissions enabled, especially those related to storage and internet access.
Default Models: The absence of default models might be due to a change in app settings or updates. Try reinstalling the app again, ensuring that you clear all app data before reinstalling.
Web Access: Double-check your models on the web version of the HUB to ensure they are correctly listed and accessible.
If these steps don't resolve the issue, please let us know. We're committed to helping you get this sorted out! ๐
Thank you for your patience and collaboration.
Hi Paula,
I took all the steps you mentioned, but there are no changes in the app, and I still can't see and select any models, default or custom-trained. I repeated all the steps on the iPhone 11 Pro Max, and the iOS app responded in the same way.

Hi Taida,
Thank you for trying those steps and for your patience. Let's explore a few more options:
Latest Version: Ensure both the Android and iOS apps are updated to the latest version. Sometimes, issues are resolved in newer releases.
Account Sync: Double-check that your account is properly synced across devices. You might want to log out and log back in on both devices to refresh the session.
Web Verification: Since the issue persists across platforms, verify once more on the web version that your models are correctly uploaded and accessible.
App Feedback: If the problem continues, consider using the app's feedback feature to report the issue. This can help the development team identify and address the bug.
We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you further. If there's anything else you need, feel free to ask! ๐
Thank you for your continued support and collaboration with the YOLO community and the Ultralytics team.
@taidakadric Thank you for your patience. Weโve resolved the model visibility issue in the latest app release, version 0.9.25
, which should fix the problems with both custom and default models not appearing in the Android and iOS apps.
Please update to version 0.9.25
. If the issue persists, sign out, then uninstall and reinstall the app. We appreciate your feedback and supportโthank you!

I've trained two custom models and logged in to my Ultralytics account on the Ultralytics HUB Android app. Under the sections for my datasets and project I don't see my project and therefore can't select my models and use them for detection.
