yolov5 optimized faster than yolov3

Hello, first of all thanks for the code provided. I have a small problem. When I use yolov5 for training, only 100 epochs will have a good effect. But when I implemented the same model on yolov3, it required at least 300 epochs. All of them do not use pre-training weights. Why is yolov5 optimized faster than yolov3?
