@ArgoHA detect.py already does that. You can find the results in runs/exp/.
@vardanagarwal There is a video output, but I need only images with detections. Also I can get crops (images) and txt file with coords, label, conf level.

You can use this. I also had a similar requirement and had added an argument called min-detections. If you want to store images or video frames with at least one detection run:
python3 detect.py --source video.mp4 --weights model.pt --min-detections 1
@vardanagarwal As I understand this works if you have an image as an input. But I have a bunch of videos. And I need not to save new videos with bboxes but just a full size image from video (frame) with detected object (with bbox)
@ArgoHA image inputs produce image outputs. Video inputs produce video outputs.
You can parse annotated videos in your own postprocessing workflow.

Hello! It would be great to be able to save full image with bbox after detection. Didn't find answer in detect.py, I could add a function to detect.py, but it's not the best idea, because yolov5 is updating so fast
