Add Relase / Tag for packaging #58

Please add a release / tag / version.

I'm working on debian package for multiblend at https://github.com/ftoledo/pkg-multiblend Next step i will intent to package gear360pano too. If you add a tag or release to the repo it will help to tracking bugs and new version from another gnu/linux distributions.

In February (2019) I'll do an update of the project (small fixes plus test against new version of Hugin).
