Format80 and Format40 are now LCW and XORDelta #25

I've been out of the C&C modding/reverse-engineering community for so long that I missed these updates: what we've been calling "format80" for so long had the name "LCW" internally at Westwood: http://www.shikadi.net/moddingwiki/Westwood_LCW

And "format40" -> "XORDelta": http://www.shikadi.net/moddingwiki/Westwood_XOR_Delta

And the thing I've been calling "Format2" is probably Westwood RLE-Zero: http://www.shikadi.net/moddingwiki/Westwood_RLE-Zero
