Publish some modules to Maven #30

I initially planned for the redhorizon-codecs module to be uploaded to Maven, but maybe others can too like redhorizon-filetypes? Basically, any module that lets other developers get started with classic C&C file formats by simply importing working code would be useful right?

Got the redhorizon-classic module working with the shadow plugin for Gradle so that it bundles the other modules that aren't quite ready for being published. See: https://github.com/ultraq/redhorizon/commit/7cd2c6d5e042fd94ad5540472dc8a49a6a2d0802
