MACOS permission denied? #286

i attempted to do the copy paste download method via github and it just says access denied when i try to clone. can anyone tell me whats wrong or how to fix this?

Move the folder to desktop right click get info at the very bottom choose Sharing and Permissions press the lock sign and enter your password make all Privilages Read and right to the left of the lock sign press the downward arrow choose apply to enclosed items... now u can drop the file in root terminal :)
