Fixed an issue where the synth would sometimes insist on switching to the wrong language when it was reloaded with NVDA+CTRL+s, or it would take a while to catch up to the currently selected language when automatic language switching was enabled. You may need to re-save your configuration to get this to work properly.
Dictionary handles are now cleared on exit, which fixes an issue where if the synth was reloaded with NVDA+CTRL+s, dictionaries for non-English languages would no longer load until NVDA was restarted.

Oh good you figured out how to do that, I was wondering how one handled termination. Now we just move the dictionary loading to whatever function gets called upon reinitialization and you won't have to restart NVDA to reload dictionaries. Or does it already do this now? I'm not sure how far it goes when its unloaded, and how much is still there when it gets loaded again in the same session. I'll handle merging this into viavoice, though eventually viavoice will be collapsed into this branch upon the release.

Oh nevermind, that handle unloading fix fixed that behavior as well, so now updates to the root dict can again be done by just reloading the synth.
