Add 1 Year timeframe #289

Now that it's been a year since the merge, we no longer have to rely on annualized data! Would be cool to just click 1Y to have the actual issuance/burn/supply growth data for the past 365 days

@domothyb I've been focused on relay matters recently, am about to move my focus, maybe I can add the frame for a widget or two. Which would be highest on your list?

The timeframe selector jumps from 30 days to to the merge which was almost two years ago now. The site is missing a 1 year timeframe that would be very useful for looking at long term trends. A 1 year timeframe would provide the most commonly used metric for long term trends.

@alextes As far as which widget need the 1 year timeframe the most, I think it is most important for the first section of the site that tracks the supply, inflation, and the burn.
