Option to set Audio Output Device #64

Hey,

first big thanks for bringen back life to this.

But I have an issue, if I wanna play with my buddies and connect my Laptop with HDMI to the TV, the sound is weird. Sometimes it works, but in many more times: I choose the TV as Audio Output on Windows (and this works) but as soon as I start UltraStar the device is switched to Laptop and if I close it, the audio device is switched back. And when I deactivate all Audio Devices instead of the TV, it gives an error (sry, I dont have it now, I will add when it happens the next time).

But anyway the posibillity to choose the device on which the programm does it outputs would help. (and I think its more important than a webcam)

To use HDMI sound you must start windows with cable plugged in. It's very difficult for me create an option to choose audio output but I'll try
