"--slices tiles" lead to openHEVC decoding process failed #347

Can't replicate. Could you please give the versions and commandlines of Kvazaar and openHEVC used, and is the decoding an issue only with openHEVC or also with HM? Because if the decoding only fails with openHEVC this is a problem with openHEVC not Kvazaar.
