The tests revealed something weird going on in fragmentation of H266, as the NAL type is corrupted/incorrectly recognized at receiver.

The issue was fixed by 6f39a4e1381e6e6eb1f9fd4f21cd9b19b5dbdea8. The tests were fixed in 7973806835c521606e3de89db48f08cbaddc1b40
